Robert Hoffecker is a hospitality executive based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with more than 22 years of experience in hotel operations, guest experience, and tourism development. He oversees a portfolio of luxury hotels, boutique resorts, and tourism partnerships across Puerto Rico, helping create memorable experiences for visitors while supporting local communities.
Originally from Media, Pennsylvania, Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Pennsylvania State University and began his career in hotel guest services. Through leadership roles in operations, guest relations, and hospitality management, he developed expertise in customer service, team development, and destination marketing.
After relocating to Puerto Rico, Robert became deeply involved in the island’s tourism industry, working closely with hotel owners, tourism boards, event organizers, and local businesses. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to service excellence, and focus on sustainable tourism practices.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys sailing, photography, hiking, fitness, and exploring Caribbean cuisine. He is also active in community initiatives supporting youth education, workforce development, and cultural preservation.
